We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. All orders are shipped via (FedEx/USPS) and will take approximately X business days. Please note that your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Seoul, Korea, and shipping times may vary.
Might omit - Shipping fees (do/not) include import duties and taxes. (DAZE DAYZ is not held responsible nor can refund/reimburse for any taxes or duties charged by the customer’s local government. Any fees of this nature are the sole responsibility of the customer.)
Return & Exchange
We offer a 14 day return and exchange policy window on all full priced items. All items must be in the original condition with the hygienic liners attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in anyway, including tags. To submit your return, you must fill out the "return/exchange card" included in your original package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the status of your refund. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Shipping and handling charges for the first return will be complimentary. In the event of an additional return, shipping charges will apply.

Defective Items
We pride ourselves at DAZE DAYZ on our thorough quality control and product management, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing defect. If you have received a faulty item, please email us at info@dazedayz.com to arrange a prepaid return postage label. We will replace your item(s) if stock is available or refund you upon return.
